I was having a twin pregnancy and at 4 months of pregnancy had gone under cervical encirclage...since then I was having cough which didn't relieved by any medication. I visited chest physicians and also well-known gynecologists, but it didn't relieve, then I visited Dr Vrushali she took my family history properly and made diagnosis of asthma after he treatment my cough was resolved and since then she took care of me and my both babies throughout pregnancy...she always assured me that she will be me throughout this journey. She was always available, and instead of having such a high-risk pregnancy with bronchial asthma and one baby with breech and another with transverse lie, she did my C-section very calmly..
